Mindfulness Practices

Mindful awareness means paying attention to our present moment experiences with curiosity, openness and a willingness to be with what is (Winston, 2010 ). Mindfulness is a quality of attention and it is a meditation practice.

You may receive guided practice with using your breath or body sensation to help focus your attention in the present moment as a resource to helping with over-thinking, reactivity, or other stress-related problems.
